Who would have thought that we would prevail this long? Who would have thought that people actually care enough to sacrifice their precious time and money every week for homeless? Who would have thought that we would actually form a relationship with homeless after all?
After 100 weeks, the majority of the founding memebers and some new comers gathered at the shelter and, as always, distributed the goods to those in need. In addition, we purchased 32 pairs of socks and doled them out as well.
Surprisingly, there were some people that came all the way from the nothern part of Seoul and the southernmost part of Yonggin. Thank you all for coming and making a difference.
Those who left the country and could not be there yesterday, we miss you all and because of your presence, we were able to stay strong and to be friends with each other.
After a few weeks, it is Christmas and this time we are going public. Hug Your Suwon is in the making that will entailing a boombox, hugging and jumping. Let's discuss what to do to make it better.
